SGR Represents Nihon Kohden’s Acquisition of Neurotronics Inc.
On December 31, 2008, a group of Smith, Gambrell & Russell attorneys assisted client Nihon Kohden Corporation, a Japanese publicly held company listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Block 10 “Electrical Machinery”, Ticker 6849), in acquiring all of the outstanding stock of Neurotronics, Inc., a Florida corporation, based in Gainesville Florida.
Tom Hong was lead counsel. Jessica Clay, Jeff Bekerias, Chris Yarbrough and Jonathan Minnen, were also part of the SGR team.
