SGR Represents Sam’s Real Estate Holdings in Purchase of Gas Stations
Smith, Gambrell & Russell advised Sam’s Real Estate Holdings in its purchase of 47 Shell gas stations from Motiva Enterprises. The gas stations are located in the north Georgia area as well as metro Atlanta.
