SGR Obtains Favorable Settlement for Client in Construction Defects Case
Smith, Gambrell & Russell construction attorneys successfully obtained a settlement of over $6 million for repair work and $8 million for damages resulting from poor workmanship by the general contractor and subcontractors in connection with the construction of a new hotel.
