SGR Attorneys Obtain Summary Judgment in Toxic Mold Case
SGR environmental lawyers, Steve O’Day and Andy Thompson, recently obtained summary judgment in a toxic mold case filed against a national apartment home developer and management company. SGR successfully argued that the opinion of an expert witness, whom the plaintiffs’ bar regularly uses in toxic mold cases, was not reasonably based on sound science. The case has received national attention in the area of toxic mold defense.
