Eugene D. Bryant

Eugene Bryant is an associate in the Real Estate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Mr. Bryant is experienced in the representation of lenders and developers in commercial real estate lending transactions and general real estate sale, purchase, property management and leasing transactions. Mr. Bryant also represents lenders in the negotiation of workouts involving commercial real estate loans, and he has substantial experience in the foreclosure of commercial real estate and transactions in lieu of foreclosure.

Mr. Bryant received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia in 2007 where he was the Senior Notes Editor of the Law Review and recipient of the F.M. Byrd Scholarship.

Mr. Bryant is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
