Kathryn K. Bongiovanni

Kate Bongiovanni is an associate in the Intellectual Property Section and Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice Group of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP’s Jacksonville Office.

Ms. Bongiovanni practices in employee benefits law, with a specific concentration in health and welfare matters, and in intellectual property and technology law, with focus on trademark prosecution and Internet technology agreements.

Ms. Bongiovanni received her B.A. degree in English from the University of Florida. She earned her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Ms. Bongiovanni is a member of the Florida Bar.
